Just recently got my first tattoo here. Eric was very professional, taking the time to actualise my idea to life (we discussed designs for about 2 days). What I liked most is that he takes time to really understand what you're aiming for, so that you have no regrets. Eric is not only an amazing tattoo artist but he is also just a great person! From the beginning of our communications before I was even in Kenya, to weeks after getting the tattoo, Eric was incredibly patient and attentive with me.
This was the second tattoo I got and I wish I could have come to Eric for my first one! He gave me really great after-care directions for the tattoo as well as a little jar of his own Vaseline-type stuff to put over my tattoo while it was healing! He even put second skin over my tattoo so that I didn’t have to worry about it for the first few days. Now THAT’S good service. My first tattoo artist didn’t do none of that lol.
After the session Eric didn’t rush me and my friend out, he chatted with us and even when he found out I was an artist too— really encouraged me to keep creating and to find a community of artists to support me. Eric and James were great! They managed to fit me and my husband into their schedule last minute and they made efforts to make sure we got our first ever unique tattoo designs to look the way we liked before starting the tattoo process. Eric did my tattoo (Jellyfish) and James did my husbands'(Elephant and Lion African content) with both taking 7-8 hours and came out very nicely. The tattoo shop was clean and we were made to feel comfortable. Eric ensured we had clear aftercare instructions. He also checked in on us in the weeks that followed to make sure we were healing well, and it was easy to get hold of him when either of us had questions.

I had my navel piercing done in April, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Eric was not only professional but also incredibly kind and patient. What stood out most was how he consistently followed up by texting to ask how the piercing was healing and making sure I was comfortable every step of the way.

Went here for a simple "hakuna matata" tattoo and after the consultation with Eric, dramatically changed/enhanced the idea to include a lion and put it in a completely different location. Went back on Saturday and we did the tattoo and it took around 8 hours, after 2 hours of getting the stencil right, and the placement perfect.

Eric also did a belly button piercing for a friend, guiding her through the process, doing the piercing and then explaining the after care to her.

The shop is on the 3rd floor, with the entrance to the stairs near an alleyway on the left. The shop is perfect size, clean, and attractive looking. The mural is pretty dope.

Excellent service and highly recommend. Was visiting Nairobi and wanted to get a tattoo while there. Eric fit me into his schedule with very short notice on my part. Being my first tattoo, I was very sceptical about where I'll get my tattoo. I did look for some other places but the vibe was just not there. Then a friend of mine suggested to check out rebel ink since it's next to where I work and I did and am so glad i found this place. Eric is so kind and very good at his job. I got piercibgs there and the process was really good. My biggest concern was hygiene but that wasn't an issue at all, they use new needles and they sanitize them.

The service itself was also welcoming.
I was informes of everything i needed to know beforehand.

Amazing place to get piercings! My daughter and i got our ears pierced on a holiday to Nairobi from Australia.

As a tourist it's always a little daunting getting a tattoo in a different country but from the moment I messaged Eric I felt more comfortable.
He listened to what I actually wanted and made sure he could fit in the time before I flew back home.
The shop is clean & private and is easy enough to find.

This was a last minute decision to get a tatoo, Eric was very understanding and professional with his help I was able to choose and adjust my tatoo...I had a previous scar that I wanted to cover and yet put a sentimental tatoo in memory of someone dear. I had never had tattoos before so I was about afraid but the professionalism is very high so I relaxed and let them do my tatoo...

I went to Rebel Inks unsure and scared of getting my second lobe piercings but it's one of the best decisions I've made this year. The whole process was smooth, painless and the results so far are 100% satisfying because one, Eric was incredibly professional. He took the time to explain the whole process, answered every question that I had and listened to my preferences. He was patient and ensured that I was comfortable throughout.
Two, all the equipments he used for the piercings were new and/or sterilised.
Three, the parlour itself was very clean and was up to par with the hygiene standards.
Four, Eric provided effective aftercare instructions, making sure I knew exactly how to take care of my new piercings and he kept in touch and continues to do so, to check on the healing progress.

Got my nipple pierced and the experience was amazing. Eric is patient and friendly. He listened to me , explained everything and put me to ease that made me trust him all through the procedure.
The environment was clean , procedure was sterile and the jewelry used are of the best quality.

I have got their name and location in the social media then visited to do tattoo removal. They welcomed me and gave detailed information about their service and the machines that they are using. We agree and i decided to do my first session with them, i felt great difference for the first and second sessions with them here in Nairobi, while i have done 4 sessions elsewhere in Ethiopia but felt no change. Great experience, the artist listens and is really diligent. The hygiene and equipment are top notch! Sterilization of equipment and single-use needles. After the tattoo the artist remains in contact with you to follow the progress of the healing of the tattoo and advises you on the products suitable for your tattoos.

I cannot say enough about Eric and the experience he gave me. First of all, he fit me in when I was running short on time and helped me to find his shop. I just wanted a meaningful word tattooed and promised it would be small and quick. When I didn't love the fonts we came across, he free-handed a stunning font. He made sure the placement was perfect and checked in with me and we decided to just leave it as the outline without filling it all in and even with the change of plans the line work was perfection. Eric also charged me half of what I was quoted several other places even after he drew the design himself on the spot. It was the best overall experience I've had in a tattoo shop. I cannot speak highly enough of Eric's care for clients, artistic skill, or fairness in operating his business.

Me and my 3 friends all got ear piercings. Two of us got the conch, one got the upper cartilage, the other got her second holes. He was very professional, clean, accurate, and caring. All 4 of our piercings have healed great and he has been so kind to reach out and care about the aftercare of our piercings. My experience at Rebel Inks was exceptional. It was my first time getting a piercing, and I was understandably nervous. However, Eric, the piercer, was reassuring and professional. He explained the earlobe piercing process in detail and answered all of my questions before beginning.

I was particularly impressed with Eric's attention to hygiene. He thoroughly cleaned the room before I entered, sanitized all of the equipment he would be using, and changed gloves between each ear. This level of cleanliness gave me great confidence in his professionalism.

Eric's commitment to customer service did not end on the day of the piercing. He followed up with me regularly throughout the healing process to ensure that I was following the aftercare instructions and that my earlobes were healing properly.

I got my belly button piercing from Eric. I have had 2 piercings done before and I've never received service as good as his. He explained the piercing and after care processes in detail and was very patient with my many questions...I'm considering paying him school fees 😂. His hygiene standards are very high and he used a disposable sterilized needle. He followed up on my healing progress weekly...I felt like we were healing together 😅. I wish it was possible to give 10 stars. I'm definitely having my future piercings done with him and I'm recommending him to all my friends 😃

I first went through their website to engage more on their services. I was particularly interested in the nose ring service. The communication from the day I made an appointment was very professional as well as the services offered. Eric explained in great detail the step by step procedure and was very patient with our questions. He administered effective hygiene and even let my friend record a video of the procedure. The after care followup is also great as Eric keeps checking up on the healing process on a weekly basis as well as giving additional guidance on the after care.

I went to Eric for the first time to get help with an earring infection I couldn’t get rid of for months. I quickly got an appointment. He took time to listen to my concerns and previous treatments. He then recommended we try a different approach, changing the piercing and treating it as it was fresh. He gave great advise on how to clean and which care products to use. Throughout the whole session he was very friendly, considerate and knowledgeable. The weeks after he was checking in on how the piercing was doing.
The infection is now gone. I would definitely recommend!

I got my ears pierced and the whole procedure was more than great. The space was very clean and time was taken to chose the right spot. He took his time to clean up after and we had a nice talk, too with many helpful information on cleaning and sanitizing the new Piercings. Even after we were done there was a weekly follow up on our healing process.
