I had a double nose piercing (two on the same side) done by Eric last August, and my experience was exceptional! The studio was spotless, neat, and maintained very high standards of hygiene.
What impressed me most was Eric’s professionalism and expert guidance. Unlike my previous experience elsewhere—where I was just asked where I wanted it and given a ring without any advice—Eric took the time to advise me on proper placement, aesthetics, and why using the right stud is critical for proper healing.
His aftercare support was incredible too. When I developed a bump about a month later, I went back to him. He handled it right away and recommended switching studs, which completely cleared up the irritation. He even followed up regularly afterward to check on my healing progress.
Bonus points for his awesome music playlist during the sessions! Highly recommend Eric if you want a clean, professional, and truly caring piercer.

When looking for a tattoo artist, the most important things to me were attention to detail, patience, and hygiene. Eric absolutely delivered on all of that and honestly exceeded my expectations. From the start, he really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and never rushed the process. We went through multiple redesigns for the 4 tattoos I got, and he made sure every single detail was exactly how I envisioned it before starting. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and about making his clients happy with the final result. I spent around 16 hours at his studio getting several services done, including laser removal on an old tattoo, and the entire experience was amazing from beginning to end. I never once felt uncomfortable or unsure about anything. The hygiene standards were also extremely reassuring. From constant glove changes to repeated sanitizing of surfaces and equipment, everything was handled very professionally. Huge shoutout as well to his videographer Mashaa, who helped a lot with content creation and made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. I also got two ear piercings done, and everything from the placement to the jewelry selection was perfect. Even after the session, Eric stayed super responsive and helpful during the aftercare process, which I really appreciated.
Overall, I genuinely can’t recommend him enough. If you want someone talented, patient, professional, and genuinely invested in giving you the best experience possible, Eric is definitely the artist to go to.

My husband and I were visiting from Seattle and Eric made the entire process of setting up an appointment and sharing my ideas from across the globe extremely smooth and stress free. I got my flat piercing done here. Great customer service. The place was clean, all equipments were sterile and the process was very smooth. I wanted nose piercing so I searched online for professional service. I found Rebel Links on some search engine and I loved the reviews Before the piercing there was some pre-counselling on what to expect and this gave me confidence. The place is clean and equipment is clean too. All disposable tools used are new. The service was very professional.
Post piercing care is consistent and gentleman is available for consultation incase of any challenges.

Just recently got my first tattoo here. Eric was very professional, taking the time to actualise my idea to life (we discussed designs for about 2 days). What I liked most is that he takes time to really understand what you're aiming for, so that you have no regrets. Couldn't recommend a more professional service especially if you're on the fence about getting one done.

Eric is not only an amazing tattoo artist but he is also just a great person! From the beginning of our communications before I was even in Kenya, to weeks after getting the tattoo, Eric was incredibly patient and attentive with me.
This was the second tattoo I got and I wish I could have come to Eric for my first one! He gave me really great after-care directions for the tattoo as well as a little jar of his own Vaseline-type stuff to put over my tattoo while it was healing! He even put second skin over my tattoo so that I didn’t have to worry about it for the first few days. Now THAT’S good service. My first tattoo artist didn’t do none of that lol.
After the session Eric didn’t rush me and my friend out, he chatted with us and even when he found out I was an artist too— really encouraged me to keep creating and to find a community of artists to support me. I almost cried because I’ve had such a hard time with my own art the past couple of years, it meant so much to me to have a fellow very talented artist say that to me. 🤍🤍🤍

I had the absolute best experience at Rebel Ink in Nairobi! I wanted a tattoo to commemorate the two months I spent volunteering in a local hospital, and Eric created the perfect piece an Africa outline with an elephant and lion. His skill and artistry are second to none.

Eric and James were great! They managed to fit me and my husband into their schedule last minute and they made efforts to make sure we got our first ever unique tattoo designs to look the way we liked before starting the tattoo process. Eric did my tattoo (Jellyfish) and James did my husbands'(Elephant and Lion African content) with both taking 7-8 hours and came out very nicely. The tattoo shop was clean and we were made to feel comfortable. Eric ensured we had clear aftercare instructions. Went here for a simple "hakuna matata" tattoo and after the consultation with Eric, dramatically changed/enhanced the idea to include a lion and put it in a completely different location. Went back on Saturday and we did the tattoo and it took around 8 hours, after 2 hours of getting the stencil right, and the placement perfect.
Eric also did a belly button piercing for a friend, guiding her through the process, doing the piercing and then explaining the after care to her.
The shop is on the 3rd floor, with the entrance to the stairs near an alleyway on the left. The shop is perfect size, clean, and attractive looking. The mural is pretty dope.

I got piercibgs there and the process was really good. My biggest concern was hygiene but that wasn't an issue at all, they use new needles and they sanitize them.
The service itself was also welcoming.

As a tourist it's always a little daunting getting a tattoo in a different country but from the moment I messaged Eric I felt more comfortable.

I went to Rebel Inks unsure and scared of getting my second lobe piercings but it's one of the best decisions I've made this year. The whole process was smooth, painless and the results so far are 100% satisfying because one, Eric was incredibly professional. He took the time to explain the whole process, answered every question that I had and listened to my preferences. He was patient and ensured that I was comfortable throughout.
Two, all the equipments he used for the piercings were new and/or sterilised.
Three, the parlour itself was very clean and was up to par with the hygiene standards.
Four, Eric provided effective aftercare instructions, making sure I knew exactly how to take care of my new piercings and he kept in touch and continues to do so, to check on the healing progress.

I got a septum piercing here. It was a very smooth experience. He walked me through the process before starting, answered all my questions + after care. The piercing itself was quick and clean and it's been healing very nicely. The follow ups on the healing process were a great addition.

Went in to get an upper helix (that I had done elsewhere) checked out, since it had developed a bump, Eric helped me out with the bump and recommended aftercare to help reduce the bump. I later went in for a nose piercing. Eric's piercing services were professional and hygienic. Really appreciate, the follow-up and health check-ins. Highly recommend!

I have got their name and location in the social media then visited to do tattoo removal. They welcomed me and gave detailed information about their service and the machines that they are using. We agree and i decided to do my first session with them, i felt great difference for the first and second sessions with them here in Nairobi, while i have done 4 sessions elsewhere in Ethiopia but felt no change. After the tattoo the artist remains in contact with you to follow the progress of the healing of the tattoo and advises you on the products suitable for your tattoos.

I cannot say enough about Eric and the experience he gave me. First of all, he fit me in when I was running short on time and helped me to find his shop. I just wanted a meaningful word tattooed and promised it would be small and quick. When I didn't love the fonts we came across, he free-handed a stunning font. He made sure the placement was perfect and checked in with me and we decided to just leave it as the outline without filling it all in and even with the change of plans the line work was perfection. Eric also charged me half of what I was quoted several other places even after he drew the design himself on the spot. It was the best overall experience I've had in a tattoo shop. I cannot speak highly enough of Eric's care for clients, artistic skill, or fairness in operating his business.

Me and my 3 friends all got ear piercings. Two of us got the conch, one got the upper cartilage, the other got her second holes. He was very professional, clean, accurate, and caring. All 4 of our piercings have healed great and he has been so kind to reach out and care about the aftercare of our piercings. My experience at Rebel Inks was exceptional. It was my first time getting a piercing, and I was understandably nervous. However, Eric, the piercer, was reassuring and professional. He explained the earlobe piercing process in detail and answered all of my questions before beginning.
I was particularly impressed with Eric's attention to hygiene. He thoroughly cleaned the room before I entered, sanitized all of the equipment he would be using, and changed gloves between each ear. This level of cleanliness gave me great confidence in his professionalism.
Eric's commitment to customer service did not end on the day of the piercing. He followed up with me regularly throughout the healing process to ensure that I was following the aftercare instructions and that my earlobes were healing properly.

I got my belly button piercing from Eric. I have had 2 piercings done before and I've never received service as good as his. He explained the piercing and after care processes in detail and was very patient with my many questions...I'm considering paying him school fees 😂. His hygiene standards are very high and he used a disposable sterilized needle. He followed up on my healing progress weekly...I felt like we were healing together 😅. I first went through their website to engage more on their services. I was particularly interested in the nose ring service. The communication from the day I made an appointment was very professional as well as the services offered. Eric explained in great detail the step by step procedure and was very patient with our questions. He administered effective hygiene and even let my friend record a video of the procedure. The after care followup is also great as Eric keeps checking up on the healing process on a weekly basis as well as giving additional guidance on the after care.

I went to Eric for the first time to get help with an earring infection I couldn’t get rid of for months. I quickly got an appointment. He took time to listen to my concerns and previous treatments. He then recommended we try a different approach, changing the piercing and treating it as it was fresh. He gave great advise on how to clean and which care products to use. Throughout the whole session he was very friendly, considerate and knowledgeable. The weeks after he was checking in on how the piercing was doing.
The infection is now gone. I would definitely recommend!

I was so pleased with the service I got. I received a septum piercing from Eric and based on my experience with him, I wouldn't trust anyone else with any other piercings that I might get. He's very sanitary and walks you through the entire process making you feel comfortable and at ease. He also follows up on his clients concerning after care and is very easy to talk to. I would definitely refer anyone looking for to get a piercing, tattoo or tattoo removal here!
